This website and online store are operated by GlobalSaver AutoParts LLC ("GlobalSaver," "we," "us," or "our"). GlobalSaver provides automotive parts and related online shopping services through globalsautoparts.com (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the Services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of our website, online store, and related Services, including purchases made through our standard online checkout.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

GlobalSaver offers automotive replacement parts and related products for personal, professional, and legitimate business use.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, part numbers, and compatibility information.

Product images are provided for reference. Packaging, appearance, and other nonessential details may vary where permitted by law and consistent with the product description.

Customers should verify part numbers, vehicle compatibility, and installation requirements before purchasing. Where appropriate, professional installation is recommended.

Compatibility information and product recommendations do not replace vehicle manufacturer instructions or qualified technical advice.

We may change product listings, availability, and assortment at any time. Changes do not eliminate obligations arising from orders already accepted.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to its description.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and terms displayed at checkout.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the products, subject to applicable law.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, delivery availability, and reasonable fraud-prevention measures.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products, material pricing errors, payment authorization failures, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order lawfully. We will provide applicable notices and refunds as required by law.

Purchases are permitted for personal, professional, and legitimate commercial purposes, including automotive repair and maintenance businesses.

Wholesale transactions arranged separately from our standard online checkout may be subject to additional terms agreed upon before the transaction is finalized.

To request cancellation before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation rights and refunds remain subject to applicable law and our published policies.

4. Prices, Discounts, Taxes, and Payments

Unless otherwise indicated, prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Product prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Such changes do not retroactively alter accepted orders unless permitted by law and agreed upon where required.

Eligible promotional or volume-based discounts are applied according to their stated conditions and reflected in the applicable checkout totals.

Sales tax, shipping charges, and other applicable charges are calculated or disclosed before the customer completes payment.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount authorized for the purchase, subject to any adjustments separately agreed upon by the customer or required by law.

If an order is canceled or cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

GlobalSaver ships eligible online orders within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Standard online checkout does not support international delivery or the destinations excluded in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the next business day after the order is placed, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates are presented during checkout after a delivery address is provided.

Shipping services include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, subject to availability for the particular order.

Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed. This does not limit our obligations regarding promised shipment dates, notices of delays, cancellations, and refunds under applicable law.

Risk of loss and title to goods are determined by applicable law and the terms of the particular sale. The transfer of a package to a carrier does not, by itself, eliminate any responsibility that GlobalSaver has under applicable law or our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The website's original content, layout, text, graphics, and other materials created by or licensed to GlobalSaver are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, manufacturer trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any manufacturer's trademarks, product designs, software, or other intellectual property to GlobalSaver or to the customer.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or exploitation of protected website materials is prohibited, except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder's authorization.

We do not control all third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities that GlobalSaver cannot lawfully disclaim.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store uses Shopify's ecommerce platform.

Products purchased through GlobalSaver's standard online checkout are sold by GlobalSaver AutoParts LLC, not by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology supporting our online store and may process information as described in the applicable privacy notices.

Nothing in this section eliminates any rights you may have against a party under applicable law.

10. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed in connection with the Services.

The Privacy Policy also describes applicable privacy rights and methods of exercising them.

Where these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy regarding personal information processing, the Privacy Policy governs that subject, subject to applicable law.

If you submit product reviews, suggestions, photographs, or other feedback, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

You grant GlobalSaver a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use your voluntarily submitted feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.

This license does not transfer ownership of your feedback to GlobalSaver.

We may moderate or remove reviews that are fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise violate reasonable published content rules.

We do not require customers to submit only favorable reviews, and nothing in these Terms restricts lawful, honest consumer reviews.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Despite reasonable efforts, product listings or other website content may occasionally contain errors involving pricing, descriptions, availability, compatibility, or shipping information.

We may correct such errors and update website information.

Where a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct terms or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will provide the refund required by law.

GlobalSaver does not provide a separate voluntary product warranty.

Certain products may be covered by an applicable manufacturer's warranty, subject to that manufacturer's eligibility requirements, exclusions, and warranty terms.

GlobalSaver may assist customers with manufacturer warranty inquiries and eligible claims, but such assistance does not create a separate GlobalSaver product warranty.

Information provided through the website is intended to assist customers with product selection and purchasing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Any limitation relating to the website or informational Services is separate from customers' rights relating to purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms disclaims any express or implied warranty, statutory guarantee, product-liability obligation, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalSaver will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services where such damages may lawfully be excluded.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability for personal injury, defective products, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of non-waivable statutory obligations, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates remedies available to a customer for GlobalSaver's failure to supply purchased goods or comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

Any limitation of liability will be interpreted and applied only to the extent permitted by the law governing the particular claim.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify GlobalSaver against reasonable third-party claims and losses directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material misuse of the Services.

This obligation does not apply to claims or losses caused by GlobalSaver's own negligence, misconduct, or breach of legal obligations, nor does it restrict rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Any invalid provision will be limited or severed only as necessary to comply with applicable law.

20. Waiver and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular transaction, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services.

Any separately negotiated written terms for a wholesale transaction will govern that specific transaction to the extent of any conflict.

Nothing in this section limits rights or obligations arising under applicable law.

21. Assignment

Customers may not transfer contractual obligations to another party without our consent where such consent is legally required.

GlobalSaver may assign these Terms as part of a lawful business transaction, provided that the assignment does not unlawfully reduce customer rights or eliminate existing obligations.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to the customer or transaction require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of non-waivable protections available under applicable federal or state law.

The parties may seek to resolve disputes through GlobalSaver Customer Support before initiating legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives the right to bring claims in a court or forum available under applicable law.

23. Translations

These Terms may be made available in languages other than English.

The English version is the controlling version to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this provision overrides mandatory language or consumer protection requirements.

24. Headings

Headings are included for convenience and do not alter the interpretation of these Terms.

25. Electronic Communications

By providing your contact information and placing an order, you acknowledge that GlobalSaver may send transactional and service-related communications electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, and information concerning returns or refunds.

Marketing emails, SMS messages, and other promotional communications are subject to applicable consent, preference, and opt-out requirements.

Agreeing to receive transactional messages does not automatically constitute consent to marketing communications.

26. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, Services, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with the applicable revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights or materially alter obligations under orders already accepted unless permitted by applicable law.
