Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GlobalSaver Autoparts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and unaltered products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply to returns that are not due to our error or defective products. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.   Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Electrical parts: Due to their sensitive nature and potential for damage, electrical parts are non-returnable unless they are defective. Special order items: Items that are specifically ordered for you and are not part of our standard inventory are non-returnable. Hazardous materials: Items that are classified as hazardous materials, such as batteries or chemicals, are non-returnable. Opened or used items: Items that have been opened, used, or installed are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.  

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Warranty

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty information.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, we will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution. However, we reserve the right to make final decisions on all return and refund matters.
